Craig is a hands-on Human Resources professional. In the 15+ years that he headed Human Resources departments, Craig developed invaluable practical knowledge on effectively and efficiently getting things done, and how to quantify the value added to the company. Craig has supported retail, wholesale, direct marketing, service, and manufacturing businesses including ITT, Colt Industries, TRW, Boston Whaler, and The Orvis Company. Craig earned a BA from Middlebury College and a MBA from Wayne State University.

Sally Mole, Partner
Sally is a senior career counselor, outplacement professional, and creative entrepreneur. She successfully developed and operated a retail chain of outdoor outfitters, and consulted with manufacturing companies to improve their marketing, sales, and operations. She has served on numerous boards and has worked with many organizations. Sally received her education at Bennington College and Wesleyan University.

Dale Guldbrandsen, Partner
Dale held senior Human Resource management positions with Fortune 500 companies for over 22 years. His focus has been on organizational, team, and individual development, with strengths in strategic planning, team building, leadership education, and group facilitation. Dale has helped companies and clients significantly improve performance through their people, contributing directly to their bottom line enhancement. Recent experience covers manufacturing, retail, catalog, hospitality, education, service, environmental, health care, municipal, and non-profit sectors. Clients have included The Stanley Works, Vermont Country Store, Garnet Hill and Hemmings Motor News. Dale earned a BA and a MBA from Michigan State University.
